CHILD SAFETY & MINOR PROTECTION POLICY
INTOUCH is a social networking mobile app intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of:
- Child sexual abuse content (CSAM)
- Exploitation or endangerment of minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate interactions
- Sharing or requesting images of minors
- Anyone violating these rules will be immediately banned and reported to relevant authorities.
Reporting & Moderation
Users can report content or a user directly from the app via:
- « Report » button on profiles and posts
- « Block » option to immediately stop interactions
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
If we identify illegal content (including CSAM), we will:
- Remove the content permanently
- Terminate the user account
- Report the case to relevant authorities or cybercrime units
